Given the vast number of properties we manage, FAS is in a unique position to help local compliance officials achieve their goals. To make this a reality, FAS introduced FAStrust.
FAStrust helps code officers in multiple ways:
- Maintain more properties in compliance;
- Reduce calls to compliance officers;
- Decrease site visits by compliance inspectors.
FAStrust is a multi-channel communication hotline for compliance officials to provide code and property information directly to the FAS teams responsible for these activities. As part of our FAStrust service, FAS manages or participates in compliance maintenance activities such as:
- Health and safety;
- Security;
- Lawn and landscaping;
- Habitability requirements;
- Building codes;
- Vacant property registration.
